Lead Time/Production
We stock essentially every line of interior and exterior parts, most of which are our standard OEM match options. Due to seasonal fluctuations in demand and the high capacity utilization of our production, these stocks may also be depleted. Basically, we manufacture your project to order. Production in our factory takes approximately 3 weeks. Our production process goes through countless steps, each of which requires the highest degree of accuracy and adheres to our highest quality standards. At the beginning of our production process, when the carbon fiber fabric is laid down, there is a basic processing step that determines the longevity and perfect appearance of our products.
After that, the components undergo various complex resin surface treatment steps in order to obtain the famous deep 3D effect of real carbon fiber fabrics.
Basically, all components are coated with a clear lacquer in the finish of your choice.
The final step is to bring your components to their perfect luster and make them as robust as the bodywork in terms of resistance to scratches, wear and tear, and any environmental impact.
Every part leaves our factory in absolutely perfect condition after a final inspection. Final polishing and detailed surface control to eliminate even the smallest disturbing elements are a matter of course for us.
